Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of OneMind Solutions Private Limited ('Company', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

OneMind Solutions provides web development, digital marketing, payment gateway integration, API development, e-commerce solutions, and related IT services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SoW).

You agree to: (i) provide accurate and complete project requirements; (ii) make timely payments as per the agreed schedule; (iii) review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period; (iv) not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created exclusively for you become your property. However, OneMind Solutions retains rights to generic tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development. We also retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally: 50% advance is required before project commencement; remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Delayed payments may result in project hold. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST.

OneMind Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. For queries: contact@onemindsolution.in
