Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased from OneMind Solutions Private Limited. Where a signed project agreement specifies different refund terms, that agreement takes precedence.

1. Overview

OneMind Solutions Private Limited is committed to client satisfaction. This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services. Please read it carefully before engaging us.

2. Project Advance / Deposit

The initial advance payment, typically 50% of the project value, is non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers resource allocation, initial planning and design work already undertaken.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds

For milestone-based projects: if OneMind Solutions fails to deliver a milestone within the agreed timeline and the project is consequently cancelled, a pro-rated refund for milestones not yet started will be issued within 15 business days.

4. Subscription & Maintenance Services

Monthly retainer and maintenance fees are non-refundable for the current billing month. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, provided at least 7 days’ written notice is given.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Advertising spend transferred to platforms such as Google or Meta is non-refundable, as those funds leave our control. Agency management fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current month. Cancellation requires 15 days’ written notice.

6. Disputes & Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our work, contact us at contact@onemindsolution.in within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through revisions or other remedies before a refund is considered.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway processing times may add a few days beyond that. You will receive written confirmation once a refund has been initiated.
